OUR POLICY

  • Store Policy
    1. Gel Services Only – We specialize in gel services only. 2. Late Arrivals – Clients arriving 10 minutes or more late will have their appointment automatically canceled. 3. No-Show Policy – No-show clients will be banned from future booking. 4. No Refunds – We do not offer refunds. If you are unsatisfied, please inform us before leaving the salon so we can address your concerns. 5. Fixes for First-Time Clients – We do not offer fixes or fill-in services for first-time clients. 6. Cancellations & Rescheduling – Changes to your appointment can be made online only. 7. Fix Policy – We offer minor fixes on natural nails within 7 days of your appointment. We do not provide fixes for extensions. 8. Service Upgrades – Services cannot be upgraded within 24 hours of the appointment time. 9. Nail Art – Browse our collection for more available nail art options. 10. Payment & Fees – Displayed prices reflect cash payments. • Venmo/Zelle payments: Subject to tax. • Card/Tap payments: Subject to tax plus an additional card processing fee.
